Do you have a busy mind or feel totally overwhelmed? You’re not alone. Every time I run a workshop, the number of people experiencing really busy minds and feeling totally overwhelmed is disturbing.

There are 2 simple hacks that I’ve started to use to calm the busy in my mind:

  1. I’ve created the space for boredom. Boredom is often where we find some of our best ideas.
  2. I’ve created the space for meditation.
