We are in the lead-up to Christmas. We're out of lockdown and it feels a bit like turning 18 years old or 21 in the US and being able to get out and party legally.

We feel like we can make plans again without them being pulled out from under us at the last minute, and on the work front, there is always a race to get things done before the Christmas deadline. Which turns on the busy buttons and pushes us toward burnout.

It’s for all of these reasons that I want to explore in this week's podcast what investing in your zen could look like, to inspire you to get after it in a way that might help reset your wellbeing foundations for 2022.
