Behind every fear lies growth. When I say the word 'fear', what comes into your head?

It’s the one thing that feels pervasive at the moment here in Melbourne and I suspect in many other places experiencing long-term lockdowns.

In this week's podcast, I want to challenge you to imagine what it would look like for you to make fear your friend?

The reality is, fear provides us with the opportunity to look at the world through a different lens.

To ask the question "what would happen if I used this fear as an accelerator rather than a hand brake?"

If you'd like to unshackle yourself from fear and become courageous enough to believe you can in the current environment this podcast is for you!
