What are you seeing or not seeing that has you raging inside at the moment?
For me, it's that the government has media conferences every day about COVID and restrictions yet there seems to be no nationwide pro-active education on how to help people navigate the uncertainty and build skills that will enable them to create mental wealth.
We are around 18 months into this pandemic, with no end in sight and there is a clear opportunity to prioritise skill-building in wellbeing at scale and do it now!
So, my vision for how I direct my energy has shifted. My goal is not to create a business, it’s to create a systemic shift in how we approach and enable sustainable mental wellbeing in uncertainty.
In this week's podcast, I want to explore with you this concept of mental wealth and invite you to share your thoughts and ideas on how we might put a firecracker up the powers that be to get some serious traction around this.
