It’s Thanksgiving this week in the USA and Canada. This beautiful day is a celebration of the harvest and other blessings of the past year.

Just thinking about it makes my heart light up.


Because my daily gratitude practice is one of the things that helped me mentally get through 6 lockdowns.

It’s why in this week's podcast I want to focus on being thankful through the practice of gratitude. I want to share with you the scientifically proven benefits of gratitude and a couple of simple ways to experiment with a gratitude practice to find what works for you and inject more of what feels good into each day.
