Where travel is required outside of Melbourne, interstate or internationally, a fee for travel expenses will be charged. The travel fee will include airfares ex Melbourne, accommodation, airport transfers and transfers to and from the venue.
Given the current environment all flights are booked as fully flexible to ensure only a single payment is required. Penny is always happy to fly economy when traveling to eastern states in Australia. For flights over three hours Penny requests business class flights to ensure she arrives energised for your event.
Penny charges a flat rate of $225 for all transfers to and from the airport in her home state and in the state of your event. If you would like to organise transfers on Penny’s behalf please let us know.
Where accommodation is required, Penny requests that this be organised by the client.
All travel costs will be invoiced to the client prior to booking.
