Do you wake with the intention to make the most of your time (get some exercise, do some productive work, home-school the kids, spend quality time with your partner, cook a healthy meal, get the groceries, check in on loved ones, avoid too much coffee…), then beat yourself up at the end of the day when your to-do list still appears full? Pre COVID-19 you prided yourself on your productivity and how organised you were, and now it feels like you can’t do anything right and it’s seriously impacting your MOJO.

You long to get to the end of the day and feel good about yourself, like you’ve achieved something meaningful, progress, even if it’s only small.

Slingshot: Using Words To Propel Us Forwardis the kickstart you need. This live workshop has one simple objective to demonstrate, through experimentation, how the language you use will determine your ability to adapt and activate your MOJO more often. 

Learning Outcomes

  • Hold the mirror up to your words and become aware of how they are impacting your mindset and behaviour
  • Learn how to experiment with reframing your internal dialogue activating more mojo, and a feeling of progress each day
  • Learn how to adapt the words you allow into your environment from external sources in order to feel better about yourself at the end of the day

Who This Is For

Anyone who wants to feel better about themselves during self-isolation and is willing to invest in honestly holding up the mirror to their words and experimentation to make that happen.

Workshop Format

We are all about experiential learning. We believe that the most effective learning occurs through honest conversation and experimentation. To that end, this program is run as an online classroom using Zoom with a maximum of 25 participants.

Be Warned

We are all about transparency, so we like to give our participants a heads-up on what to expect. We provide a safe space but not a comfortable space because we know that growth does not occur in comfort.

Learning Lockdown

Our number one priority is that our participants get the most out of their online learning experience. To that end, we lock all online classrooms at exactly 5 minutes after the scheduled start time to avoid disruptions. By purchasing this ticket, you agree to arrive on time. We are unable to refund tickets if you are locked out of a program due to late arrival.
