You’ll take the IAQ assessment at the beginning, mid-point and end of your coaching journey, so that we can celebrate your progress and focus our energy on where it will have the biggest impact.
We kick off the explorer phase of your journey with a 2-hour strategy session.
We define what flourishing looks like for you, where your current reality is at and what’s standing between the two.
We leverage your assessment insights to identify where the opportunities lie to progress into the change you seek.
Each week we will explore how you’ve progressed in the past week.
We’ll cover challenges or roadblocks that have presented, and set your experiment for the week ahead. I will provide a safe space but not a comfortable one, because growth occurs when we surf the edge of our comfort zone.
I am here to provide you with the structure, tools and support. Each session will be recorded and shared with you so that you can refer back to it as needed.

Hi, I’m Penny
A former executive turned Happiness Hacker, who was voted one of the most influential female entrepreneurs in Australia.
But it wasn’t always like that.
After spending 20 years climbing the corporate ladder, at 39, I had the ‘perfect’ life. So why did I feel so burnt out and soulless?
When I stopped to ask what made me happy, the answer in my heart was human connection, positively impacting others, being present and in the moment and sharing experiences. All the things that had been sidelined by my ‘success’.
It took me 3 years of longing, self-doubt and overwhelm before I dived headfirst into my own pursuit of happiness.
Within a 7 month period I:
➠ Left a 16-year career at the top of my game in a global giant
➠ Relocated my family from Perth back to Melbourne
➠ Left an 18-year relationship
➠ Started my business, Hacking Happy
Now I teach others to find happiness on their terms. The change you long for may not be as extreme as mine, but the tools you need to take courageous action, are exactly the same.
